GoogleOn the face of it these guys are not bad but no better than your average agent. When it comes down to the serious stuff, no one really took ownership or was really bothered about the time pressures, failed promises call backs & plenty of agent rivalry, they wernt afraid to bad mouth my purchase agents which isn’t professional at all. Nearly lost my buyer & purchase through them as he was taking his own sweet time but no one seemed to care. Arrived late to do my viewings & wondered why I was annoyed when the office is a 5 min drive. Chelsea doesn’t have a clue, Steph has common sense & Matt certainly talks the talk. Got it all sorted in the end but no end of stress that could have been avoided, unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Despite having some poor luck with 3 sales falling through due to chains breaking down, they continued to maintain motivation and really worked hard to help us both sell and find our new home. They take an active interest in managing stakeholders all the way through to exchange. Their intimate knowledge of the local market ensured that we achieved true market value, when other agents suggested lower asking prices to achieve a quick turnaround.
Additionally Rob Hinde their mortgage broker is highly recommended. He opened up options, we didn't appreciate were available.

GoogleWe didn’t ever imagine we would go through the buying and selling process this year but at the end of May found ourselves with our house on the market in the care of Matt, Steph, Brady and the extended team!
From the start there was full communication at all hours of the day, even a Sunday at one point and they didn’t gloss over the process. It wouldn’t be easy, but they would do everything in their power to find us our dream home and sell ours! How right they were! Steph and Brady did everything to sell and we soon found our dream home to buy!
The team were always brutally honest about the situation and there were some bumps in the road through no fault of their own, but we believed in them and kept looking forward!
Ultimately we have today exchanged contracts and are looking forward to moving day!

I visited the estate office yesterday inquiring about the property situated at the Square, Earls Barton, both ladies were disinterested almost annoyed when i asked questions, just seems to look at me in distain like i couldn’t afford the place, they asked me if I had £80 deposit and how I was going to pay for renovations they also mentioned that there is no garden or car park!
I thought they meant to sell the place 🤷🏻♀️
