GoogleThe team from start to finish were amazing and on hand always with any questions we had, we approached Claire and Chelsea with our desired property and within a few days the hard work had been done for us and we were filling out paperwork for the perfect home, Chelsea and Claire were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish and we are so happy with our new home , the whole team are a dream to work with , they are a True representation of Authenticity and Team work.

GoogleI have had the most wonderful experience from both Claire and Chelsea in regards to my rental. From my first meeting with Claire I felt that she had my interests at heart, and she had my home advertised , viewed and a tenant agreed in 5 days. Chelsea then helped with lots of e mails keeping me informed of the progress and answered any questions I had in an extremely timely manner. As a first time land lord they made this the most simple experience for me. Thank you.

Really pushy agent who persuaded me to ignore my buildings report and supplied me with a roofers report of a roofer of the agent's knowing, stating the roof of the house I was buying was fine, when now that I'm in the house it turns out the builder report was right, the whole lot is rotten and needs replacing ASAP. Then they pushed the sale threatening that it falls through and with this forcing my hand and so ending negotiations. If you buy with this agent, be prepared to be lied at, manipulated and backstabbed.

GoogleMoving to a new place can be nerve-racking, especially without having a place lined up. Chelsea looking after me, and just before Christmas we had it done by the first week of January. I've been in for a few weeks now & glad I made the move. Would recommend.

GoogleMatthew was there all through the journey as it took so long for the sale to be completed. Steph was positive and always there to provide updates, and Kirsty worked hard with the chain to pull the sale through. Fantastic team. Will recommend over and over again.

Shocking letting agents - AVOID! There's not a great deal to add as everything has been said before in the previous few posts. The actions I experienced in the one year tenancy I had with this outfit were nothing short of criminal and in the end I moved to a new property just to escape the total incompetence from every individual I had contact with there. There were faults at the property from day ONE which were raised but never fixed. Only after quoting my legal rights was a basic repair made to the central heating last winter, weeks after it was first reported during the coldest period of the year. Staff were rude and never replied to emails and more often than not ignored calls. I was so glad to leave that property and I'm now with a decent letting agent, however my problems continued after leaving. Despite having the property professionally cleaned at departure, my deposit was partially witheld for the cost of cleaning affer I had left. Thankfully, following a three month process, the third party adjudicator has just ruled in my favour. Good riddance O'Rordan Bond. 20 years of renting around the UK and by a yard mile the worst agents I've ever dealt with. You really are an embaressment!

She is a amazing lady who is passionate about the job, caring, considerate and really does go the extra mile for her client's. Always on the end of the phone even on her day off! I am a investor looking to purchase a property. Emailed to arrange a viewing for a property week ago. No response for over one week. Called last week to to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl. I was advised that she will arrange a viewing but not got back to me 4 days gone. phoned on Saturday no one to pick up the phones. gets an automated message to leave a message but the mail box is full. Today I phoned again to check and the property is sold. Poor quality of service !

Communication has been spot on, updated as much as possible, help with paperwork etc. Never forget the day Steph phoned us back in June to view a potential house and lo and behold here we are today about to move in!! GoogleWhat a team! We recently sold and purchased through O’Riordan Bond and I feel they done a fab job. Our main interactions were with Matt, Steph and Kirsty they were great at keeping us informed throughout. At times when we needed them to step in and push the sale along with the solicitors they jumped straight on it and were always available for support. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻!
