GoogleOld lady on phone wasn’t very helpful and unprofessional customer service skills she needs to be trained how to be polite and understand and help a customer instead of saying right and giving awkward answers and saying let’s not get ahead of each other which I asked was a simple question I was promised a call back and was wondering what was going on I didn’t know it was that hard
