GoogleLast year I decided to sell my Guest House asked Open House to value it and give me a quote to sell it. They valued the property at £40,000 more than a local agent, and also quoted me £4000 less to market the property than their competitors. I chose Open House and within three weeks had an acceptable offer for sale, the selling wasn't the easiest in the end because it was a guest house it was a bit unusual, but Open House did a fantastic job and I would thoroughly recommend them. If you have a property to sell in either Peacehaven, Newhaven or Saltdean I would not use anybody else.

GoogleWe are emigrating to Europe and had a limited amount of time to sell up. Luke at Open House found a suitable buyer for our 3 bedroom terrace very quickly, and at the price we wanted. He was very quick to respond to emails and updates about the progress of the sale. It's all gone very smoothly.

GoogleI highly recommend Open House Worthing estate agents. We recently sold our house through them. We were really impressed how well they marketed our house. It didnt take long to get plenty of viewings which lead to offers and sale in a short period of time. The sale went really smoothly and Open House were professional and helpful during the whole process.
