GoogleMyself and partner have been looking for our first flat together! Currently living in shared housing, so we have found it quite daunting! However once we met Susi she instantly put our minds at ease, she was extremely friendly and informative and she made the whole process seem alot easier. We have decided to stay where we are for another couple of months, but you can bet you we'll be giving Susi a call when we start our search again. Out of three agents we dealt with Susi was by far the easiest and friendliest to have met. X

GoogleAs a first time renter I had not has any dealings with letting agents before but was pleasantly surprised with open houses approach compared to other agents . Susi showed me around a few properties and I found her very helpful in her knowledge and her understanding in what I was after . The process was all very straight forward Any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly by all staff members. Would recommend

Googlein the past I've had a few unprofessional landlords, however with this company they were professional and welcoming. Every query I had they answered almost instantly. They worked to get my sky box delivered and kept me updated of the progress. One of the agents, susi, was awesome. She gave me her number and said if I need her anytime for anything just give her a ring and she will come running. Highly recommend this company to all my friends and family!

GoogleWe are renting some properties through Open House and they do full management for us. We are extremely happy with the service we receive. Luke has been great in finding wonderful tenants and is very quick in sorting out any problems or issues that may arise. We greatly recommend open House and their services.

GoogleI cannot recommend Open House highly enough. I was given a complete professional service from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble and all my queries were dealt with straight away. If there was a little glitch in the process of our purchase, Neil would call me straight away and he had pretty much solved the problem before he even called me. It has been a dream to work with Neil at Open House, and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone and I would definitely use them if I need to in the future.

GoogleWe were recommended to Open House and the service that we received has been excellent. Neil was very friendly, honest, professional and kept us up to date the whole time. They sold our property within two weeks and were the first to let us know what was going on and chase things up. GoogleWithout a doubt Open House are the best estate agents we have ever used. Neil was on it every step of the way, kept us updated regularly, while being friendly to deal with and making it all look easy! The process was not without its challenges but we felt at times that it was Neil that kept the chain together. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleOpen House Estate Agents offer a highly professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. My house sold in one day! Neil was always available to assist with any queries I had with my sale and purchase. Both Neil and Stuart have wonderful customer service ethics, at a very reasonable rate, much less than their competitors. If I ever move again I would definitely employ their services. They do everything they can to make moving a less stressful experience.
