I was very sceptical in approaching the majority of the estate agents around Bolton as ive had a few unprofessional and quite rude dealings with them, but Open House were completely different. GoogleJust recently purchased a house in Peacehaven from these estate agents. I could not recommend them enough, it was daunting for us as our first home. Not to mention during a pandemic along with the uncertainty going on. Neil went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, guided us and helped get things moving and engaged on the journey despite us having numerous issues with both solicitors. We are very grateful to have had him with us. I cannot recommend them enough, from the start to finish. These guys know EXACTLY how to conduct business. Thank you Neil.

GoogleI don’t know what took me so long to write a review especially that it’s a first ever review that I truly want to write. We been with another local agency for almost a year and they failed us twice (not mentioning ridiculously high fees). A switch to Open House was best thing ever. Neil is unbelievable and there are nothing that’s too much for him. I didn’t needed to chaise him even once. He always updated us with a progress even if there was nothing going on. All my emails was answered same day and all my calls returned in a matter of few hours. My family and I are ever so grateful for all his help and support (we had difficult and complicated sale). 100% recommend. You won’t regret choosing Open House.
