GoogleI cannot thank Yunis Saab enough for his dedication to the sale of my house. From the very beginning to the completion communication was outstanding, the marketing of the property was amazing and sold within week of going on the market. I have used other agents before, but would never use another ever again. Yunis Saab is outstanding and a credit to The Good Estate Agent team.

GoogleOpen House Agents Bolton (OHAB) deserve more than the 5 Stars allowed in this review. As we were looking to sell our property and buy a new one locally, we were quite apprehensive about the whole process. Having OHAB on our side, we believe, was our best move. Their expert guidance and proffessional approach during what could have been a difficult and painful process was faultless. They responded to our queries and concerns efficiently, knowledgeably and, where needed, went the extra mile to help the process along. I would definitely recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGreat Service. Mian Younas was the best estate agent one can wish for. Totally open about all elements of the sale from the start and really helped me navigate some of the tricky parts of the process. He was super responsive and managed to line up a number of interested parties in no time despite the limitations on account of COVID. He was extremely proactive, responded immediately to any messages and took prompt action - even actively chasing the buyer side's solicitors for updates. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
