GoogleMet the estate agent for the first time on Saturday. EPC completed on the following Tuesday. Property description agreed Wednesday afternoon. Posted on Open House site Wednesday evening. One viewing on Thursday. Two viewings on Friday. Sale agreed on Saturday at the asking price. Eight days from start to finish for the asking price and at the lowest commission rate is excellent. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Open House went above and beyond to keep our buyer happy and get the sale completed. There are too many obstacles and issues to mention throughout the sale of our flat, I must stress none due to Open House, but finally, after 7 and a half months we completed. GoogleJust recently purchased a house in Peacehaven from these estate agents. I could not recommend them enough, it was daunting for us as our first home. Not to mention during a pandemic along with the uncertainty going on. Neil went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, guided us and helped get things moving and engaged on the journey despite us having numerous issues with both solicitors. GoogleMartin & Tom were great in helping sell my Brothers flat. Honest no nonsense advice was what we asked for and what we got. These guys know their stuff, and guided us through from beginning to end, what we needed to do in the flat to get it sellable, and then helping us through the legalities. Nothing too much trouble, very helpful and friendly, and kept us informed all the way through the process. GoogleLuke and the team at Open House managed a rental property for me after I moved away from the area. Any maintenance was always seen to quickly and I was always kept in the loop - communication was always quick. Luke found me excellent tenants and made the landlord experience a smooth one! After 5 years Open House helped me to sell the property which went without a hitch.
