GoogleAppalling service received as a vendor, made an offer on a property and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know another offer had been accepted, despite following up after 3 days. Wouldn’t consider another property they market, highly unprofessional.
Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time for leaving a review. We are sorry you feel this way, at Open House We aim to give all our clients the utmost best of our service, and we are sad to read this review. However, we would like to point out the interactions between us. When you called, we informed you that there were multiple offers, some higher than yours, and we had passed along every offer to the vendor for their consideration and that we could not rush the vendor in choosing an offer. As soon as the vendor made a decision on which offer they would be moving forward with, we informed you and everyone who offered via email. If you would like to discuss this further, please call our Director on the following Number, 01204 589 600. Kind Regards

GoogleExcellent service and very professional. We were apprehensive initially as our property was a large one with outbuildings and land and we were not sure how things would go. However, the agents promised a sale and then really came up trumps for us! We were delighted with the photography both inside the property and the drone footage outside really brought out the best aspects of the property. The agent really went the extra mile to help us with everything. We had great exposure of the property on all media and lots of viewings. Our calls and emails were dealt with promptly and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of selling their home.
Thank you very much for your review, it was a pleasure helping sell your property and we're glad we could help.
