GoogleTruly outstanding on every front. Trustworthy, caring, contactable at flexible times. Proactive, great network of local contacts and trusted tradespeople. Having had very bad experiences with agents in the past, these guys are worth their weight in gold. Tom Kounnas is first class and has exceeded expectations at every turn, regularly going above and beyond. Tom and the team properly understand the importance of values, trust and building relationships. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI have dealt with Open House Estate Agents for a while now for installing insulation and heating systems in the homes they rent out. They are a rare property agent who are very client oriented and believe in taking care of whoever they deal with be it tenants, landlords, contractors etc. When we install in their homes they are very focused on giving the tenant a well designed house that they would love living in. They take an effort to get the boiler and radiators positioned along with many other things to make the living experience better. The homes are kept in a good living condition and any tenant I believe would be happy to live in any of their houses.

GoogleOpen House in Keighley have been absolutely brilliant at helping us with the process of renting out our first property. We were quite precious about the house as we’d recently renovated it, but Open House were extremely diligent with the references and we’re now very happy with the tenants. They’ve taken all the stress out of the process and have dealt with any issues extremely promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Open House to prospective landlords or tenants alike. Fantastic team!

GoogleBryan has been fantastic for us during our purchase. We really came down to the wire to organise a swift completion of sale and Bryan was patient and always diligently explained the usual procedures for us. Pretty much thanks to Bryan our chain didnt fall through! Communication was excellent and queries always swiftly followed up. I would highly recommend Bryan and the rest of the Open House team.
