GoogleFrom the moment we approached Oliver & Bailey regarding a property to let, we felt incredibly welcome and valued as tenants, something we had not been used to with our last agent who isn't worth wasting breath on! The property viewing with Shelly was fantastic, professional but with a relaxed feel which was so refreshing and nice. Emma was amazing in helping us secure the property which we cannot fault and are so, so happy to be in, our move in was made even more special by the gift, so thank you for restoring our confidence in a proper estate agent. its often the little things that get noticed and they really make you feel valued. In our opinion, the best Estate/Letting agent in town! They really went above and beyond. 10/10!

Oliver and Bailey provided an excellent service when we needed to find a rental property in the Old Town. Shelly was warm, friendly and professional, guiding us through the rental process smoothly and efficiently, from the initial viewing to handing over the keys when the property was ready to move into.
