GoogleWe rented a property through Olivia & Bailey for two years and found them to be professional throughout. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would particularly like to thank Shelley for her help in resolving an energy account query after we had vacated the property. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Overall, our experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend Olivia & Bailey as a letting agent.

GoogleFriendly helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble in explanations and helping us to understand the paperwork and timing of the process of renting. Always ready to help even without an appointment either by calling into the office or phoning/emailing. Always smiling and calm.

GoogleWorst letting agent i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.Emma Bailey is an incompetent joke,area manager, doesn't even manage her own branch,once you've been suckered in she has no interest in any problems you may have with your property.Shelley Garnsey is very condescending when she speaks to you,glad I won't be having to deal with her anymore, horrible woman.tbh honest all the staff except Robyn all pretty bad!!and beware, once you move out will find any excuse to withhold deposit from you, in our case I think a revenge action for getting environmental health involved due to having mould in every room upstairs. So yo have been warned,stay clear of this joke of a letting agent!!!

GoogleA very good estate agent during my tenancy of 4 years, very gutted to leave them but always quick responses and solutions to any and all questions or problems. Shelly Garnsey was especially attentive and helpful throughout, a very good asset to the company.

GoogleI used Oliver and Bailey to rent out my flat, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing, professional, supportive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. They took the time to explain everything, kept me fully informed, and were always available to answer questions or offer advice. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave me real confidence that my property was in safe hands. What really stood out was how approachable and proactive they were, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to find an agency that genuinely cares about both the landlord and tenant experience, but Oliver and Bailey truly do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to rent out their property.

GoogleThey were extremely difficult to deal with. I’m not sure if it was prejudice against non-British people or something else, but they took every opportunity to belittle us. Since they manage so many properties in Hastings, they seem to exploit that power. I really disliked the experience and would strongly suggest using a different company if you have the chance.
