GoogleI rang Oliver and Bailey about a rental home. But It was more of an interrogation than questions regarding my proposed tenancy. She questioned why I wanted a certain house which is my decision not hers We discussed two properties to rent ASAP and she said she would come back to me straight away with the answer after speaking to the landlord. This was an urgent requirement and she didn’t even bother to ring me back Extremely disappointing - I won’t be using this property agency ever again.

Google10/10. Oliver & Bailey let and manage property for me and since being introduced to them I've remained consistently impressed. As well as being exceptionally professional, conscientious, helpful and hardworking, the team here are also an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've dealt with a lot of agents over the years and Oliver & Bailey stand out as one of the very best. The glowing reviews on here have all been earned, and the praise given is thoroughly deserved.

Tenants were found quickly with little downtime which is great when you are a landlord. I would highly recommend their services to both landlords and tenants alike. GoogleI have nothing but the highest praise for Oliver & Bailey. They have been thouroughly professional through out the transaction I have had with them. Emma and her team including Shelly have been constant in their professionalism and helpfullness. When large corporate estated agents seem to be taking over everything Oliver & Bailey rise far above all of them. If you are looking for that personal touch then please look no further. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma and Shelly are always on hand to help. Thanks so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
