GoogleThey were extremely difficult to deal with. I’m not sure if it was prejudice against non-British people or something else, but they took every opportunity to belittle us. Since they manage so many properties in Hastings, they seem to exploit that power. I really disliked the experience and would strongly suggest using a different company if you have the chance.

GoogleWhen renting a house that had severe damp and mice issue, rather than hold the landlord to account they sent their large intimidating male owner to my house to bully me and insisting it was my fault when I had been there less than 6 weeks and lived alone. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleWe recently moved into a property found via Oliver & Bailey. We found Georgia and the team incredibly helpful. From the first house visit to moving in, the team were always communicating and happy to answer our hundreds of questions. Everything was very smooth and nothing was too much. The first viewing was smooth and very knowledgeable about the property. There was no pushing and they were happy for us to wonder around. We arranged a second visit and they accommodated this incredibly well due to awkward hours my self and my husband work. The team were very friendly, welcoming and we are very happy we chose them. Our new house is wonderful and we highly recommend

Worst letting agent i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.Emma Bailey and incompetent joke,area manager, doesn't even manage her own branch,once you've been suckered she has no interest in any problems you may have with your property.Shelley Garnsey,another one with her up her own a*s,and very condescending when she speaks to you,glad I won't be having to deal with her anymore, horrible woman.tbh honest all the staff except Robyn all pretty bad!!and beware, once you move out will find any excuse to withhold deposit from you, in our case I think a revenge action for getting environmental health involved due to having mould in every room upstairs. So yo have been warned,stay clear of this joke of a letting agent!!!

GoogleWe had such a fantastic experience with Robyn from Oliver & Bailey. She was absolutely brilliant, so friendly, patient, and proactive in showing us around lots of different flats until we found the perfect one. Thanks to her support and effort, we’ve now moved into our new home, which we absolutely love. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and we can’t recommend Robyn and Oliver & Bailey highly enough!

GoogleAbsolute shambles of a letting company and so rude to you and if u recieve benefits they speak to you like ur lower than the low They need to be more training on how to be polite on the phone especially the female staff and they need to change their policys cos not everyone has a guarantor. So if u dont have a guarantor or 12 months up front and on benefits they won't entertain you If I could put no stars i would
