GoogleI purchased a property with a tenant in situ and when it came to finding a new tenant I was referred to Kate in the Margate office by Haley Manoring in the Birchington office. Kate has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience, from advice on the processes of evicting my previous tenant to the move in of my new tenants. She talked me through the processes in great detail and really eased my concerns. and always took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the process in more detail. Kate was very communicative and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend Kate and her team and will continue to use them for all future tenancy acquisitions.
