Everyone at Oakwood was amazing, right from the start. You get the feeling that the team care about the properties and the people they deal with. They were happy to talk through things and answer questions in detail, and were knowledgable about the properties viewed. Beware Landlords. I think they have got to big to care for landlords, I even had 1 tenant damage my property, then they gave the deposit back and rehomed them in one of their other properties, good luck to that landlord now...communication gets missed, no one responds, they don't care as long as they get the money. Tenants calling me as they have not got back to them. contractors they use also be very careful, some are terrible. im now moving my properties away from them. still haven't rectified the damage there last tenant left. they just ignore you. still asking for my door to be replaced and totally ignored, DO NOT USE THESE Another update, since the new management have taken over , all the the little issues that should have been fixed were not even started, also 1 of the jobs the contractor stuck a towel over a hole instead of fixing it. I have more to update soon
