As an accidental landlord living 400 miles from my property in Margate, the lettings team at Oakwood Homes have been a godsend since they took over managing the flat around 5 years ago. Recently my long term tenant moved out of the area, so I liaised with the wider lettings team. They quickly found a new tenant and offered excellent advice on multiple aspects of the process - communicating efficiently throughout. I can't recommend Oakwood Homes highly enough for letting a property in Thanet.
