Can either be really helpful or rude and difficult to deal with; also claim people are out of the office so cannot take your call - but little in between. It is definitely not easy dealing with them over a period of time, as no two days are the same.

My experience of Oakwood Homes has been extremely positive. As a landlord, they provided a realistic and achievable rental figure and have found excellent tenants. Oakwood Homes have been amazing. Hayley in the Birchington office originally dealt with us when viewing a property, and was really helpful and honest. She then put us in touch with Darren from the Margate office to help sell our property. As soon as we met him we were confident with putting our property on the market with him, and 2 weeks later, following a large number of viewings, we accepted an offer on it. We can't thank the Oakwood team enough for how efficient they've been and how easy they were to get hold of (Darren even replying to several emails out of hours and helping us along the way) Thanks guys,

The lettings team are incredibly helpful for first time private tenants; Lorraine was an integral part of us getting what we really wanted and made sure we understood every step, Leonie (pre-maternity leave) was lovely and bubbly which made it feel less intimidating when house checks were due and we cannot fault accounts which have been seamless. We have been renting through Oakwoods for almost 2 years now. Sometimes contact is a little slow since Leonie's mat-leave when asking about issues or whatever else but nothing too dire. The only thing we would question is the deposit requested for a pet which is half one month's rent which is 4 x what we actually paid to adopt our two cats!

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of the help that Daisy has given me to find a suitable flat, she seems so confident and professional even when I can be very awkward when things beyond her control can go awry. I would recommend Oakwood and the lettings team.

I was undecided as to the sale or letting my property, Thanks to Oakwood Homes expert knowledge of the local property market, my property was let within 72 hours of it being placed on the market. The staff at Oakwood Homes are so helpful and attentive, notably Steve Evans in sales and Lorraine Harris in the lettings departments. I will definitely use Oakwood Homes for my future property requirements.

Very impressed with Oakwood Homes Lettings department. Maddie and Lorraine did a great job marketing my flat with some super photos and they found me a tenant really quickly. And then Amy and Claire have looked after me since, getting all the paperwork in order and have been really helpful and prompt with any queries I have made.
