GoogleHave been emailing Cliftonville office, calling head office, Cliftonville office and ramsgate office but no response, no phones answered, so if you own a ground floor flat in Goodwin Court you may have lost a tenant which is a shame as I really want to live there

GoogleI don’t recommend this branch-Margate as very rude customer service experience from particularly 1 letting agent.

GoogleFrom the start of this journey the staff at M&B have been very attentive, and very much on the ball with coordinating my purchase.
3/5
GoogleI had a mixed experience which makes it difficult to write a clear review, at the start of my journey communication was sometimes frustrating, having asked 3 times for an update to the listing, for example. Then almost on the day I was ending my contract with them, a buyer was found and Louise (who was outstanding) was allocated as my sales progressor.
