I have only had very positive experience of Oakwoods while buying this property. There was great communication from them and they effectively liaised with the seller to ensure that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. These are difficult times and at all times they followed the requirements to keep everyone safe. I would definitely sell my property through them but having just bought one I don't plan on doing so just yetPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Overall the experience was good - they recommended a solicitor who was great and worked to my time frame to complete with 3 months. Not much after sales would be my only observation compared with some other agents that I am aware of.

Very attentive, very genuine, honest opinions, no BS or rubbish which is rare with estate agents. Any questions or enquiries we always got an answer as quickly as they could get one. Would always recommend Oakwood to friends and will always use them myself.

I cannot fault the service we received from Oakwood. From agreeing a sensible valuation through to completion Oakwood remained in contact and kept us informed of developments. Oakwood were also the letting agent and continued to undertake visits whilst the property was unoccupied. Overall a thoroughly positive experience.
