GoogleTruly the best experience my fiancé and I have had when moving home. - Exceptionally swift and cordial communication from all team members who have dealt with our case. - Clear direction on what is required from us to proceed on each step of the process, which is hugely appreciated as things can get complex at times. - I'm sure I would have more to write, but the time taken from my initial phone call to reaching 'Let Agreed' has only been 4-5 days - which is a testament in itself to how efficient Oakwood Homes operates.

GoogleI'm looking for a home in the area and on my walk around the estate agents I called into Oakwood Homes and was helped in a very professional manor by a lady called Anita , although they had nothing that I wished to view she added my name to a potential property that's not as yet on the market so when it does I'll get to see it early once on the market. Well done.

GoogleSold the house two days after it went on the market for very close to the asking price and we were VERY happy with the price. Quick processing spurred on by Darren and Amie who were fantastic all the way through. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants an honest, hard working estate agent who take the hassle out of selling a property. They respond quickly and make you feel that you are always at the top of their priority list.

GoogleThe tenancy team are very unhelpful and rude. A tenant for three years, had my property manager changed with no notice whatsoever only found out once they had left. Then had multiple rude encounters with my new property manager. Even after leaving simple phone calls were answered rudely and incredibly unprofessional especially as the new property manager is someone we never even met. No care whatever upon leaving. No follow ups given and no phone call to check the progress of our move and our needs (ie cleaners gardeners etc). Not present when handing keys back and when calling to arrange collection of post the property manager was extremely rude and dismissive as though we were no longer her issue. Told post was re diverted to new address, yet when calling to check the status of that it had been returned to sender. We were blamed for poor the work by their own workmen during our tenancy and we’re also initially billed for one sock being left in the property upon end of tenancy. Huge lack of communication with staff and lack of interest in the people paying for their services. Wouldn’t return under any circumstance #jokewoodNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
