GoogleWe are delighted to work with the team at Oakwood homes, they are so kind and helpful and really make us feel looked after through the rental process. Firstly, a huge thank you to Jessye who was so patient and kind through our viewings and allowed us to take our time looking at the property and also got all our questions answered. We came to view with our little children and she was so kind and pleasant to them too. In the office, everyone in the team, from Kate to Alex and Tobias took extra time to chat with us and made sure all the details were covered and we had everything we needed. All our questions were answered and the agents went the extra mile to get things sorted for us. Genuinely nice people, we recommended working with them.

GoogleOakwood Homes have been outstanding in finding us a perfect home to live in, and communicating with us regularly to ensure that the tenancy agreement documentation went through without a hitch. Tobias, Jesse and Alex in the Margate branch were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Oakwood Homes to everyone. Steve C.

GoogleI've been a tenant with Oakwood for some time now, and every interaction with them is a pleasure. In my area, you hear constant horror stories about every other letting agency but any time I have needed anything, Oakwood has been there to sort it out immediately and with zero fuss. Absolutely fantastic agency with stellar customer service focus and brilliant, friendly staff. I'd recommend anyone to rent from them over any of the competition.

GoogleHannah was both very amenable and efficient throughout her time investigating the issues I raised with her. She was able to get to the core of what the problem was and settled my mind completely over a communication issue that had arisen from a past colleague. As a consequence, she settled my mind fully and maintained my full faith in the company.

GoogleWe sold and bought through Oakwood because of their down to earth valuation and honest appraisal of our home and the one we bought. We also bought our previous home through Oakwood. All the staff we dealt with were great, when it's time to move again, we will certainly approach Oakwood first.

Great to hear - thanks Adrian. All the best in your new home 🙏🎅🏻 …

GoogleSince first making contact with Oakwood Homes I have been helped by Maddie & Kate. Both have always made themselves available to me whenever advice or assistance was needed in a swift manner! Other members of staff such as Alex and Hannah have also played a vita role in ensuring the property was presented as well as it could be. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided so far and look to continue having the property managed by the team for many years to come
