GoogleOakheart sold our house before we even went to market. The whole process was effortless and stress free. We had a buyer and completed our sale within 3 months. It’s the smoothest sale I’ve had to sale. The whole time we’re great but I have to especially thank Daniel and Tommy they were both amazing throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe were looking for a property to rent on Mersea and the estate agent in the office seemed to be very helpful offering to show us a property on the High Street. When we saw it we felt it was suitable for us so we requested to rent it but we were told we needed to wait 4 days for the landlord to decide if he was happy to rent to us. We waited over 1 and a half weeks before we phoned them again after not hearing anything. They still had no news. Then three further days later they called to say we were not the type of people that the landlord wanted to rent to as we had small children and a dog. This criteria should have been defined at the beginning and we should not have been offered the property. This turned out to be a complete waste of our time and we are very disappointed with this estate agents. We do not recommend the leasing element of this branch.
