Matt’s attention to detail and knowledge of the local market helped us to look outside the box and enabled us to get both the best price for our property and secure the perfect family home. GoogleWe were solely purchasing not selling, all the staff I spoke with were always cheerful and helpful , they kept me informed every step of the way, being first time buyers this was a massive help. I found them to be easy to contact, no automated services etc and I always spoke with the same people so they knew all about our purchase etc so I didn’t have to run through my purchase details each time I called the office which I feel is huge benefit and one less thing to stress about. I cannot rate them high enough , thank you Oakheart for making our move into our new home stress free and smoothly completed…I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell/ buy

GoogleOakheart have just completed the sale of my Mum's house locally. Sadly Mum passed away late last year so it has been a very difficult time for us. All the staff have been really lovely, particularly Lucy who progressed the sale; she was always on the ball and keeping us up to date without having to be chased - I hope the business and all the staff will continue to be very successful - they all deserve to - thank you!!

I became an accidental landlord & they helped me through every step of the way, getting my property let in a super short time despite Xmas & the New Year getting in the way. Charlie is my primary contract, providing a consistent personal service with a great team as backup. Oakheart managed to effectively balance being a local letting agency, with all that provides, alongside an effective organisation - the best of both worlds!!!!

The process was made difficult by others in the chain but the communication and support from Lucy (our sales progressor) was faultless and excellent - without Lucy we would have lost the will! We both highly recommend Oakheart as the whole team demonstrated professionalism and dedication from the beginning to the end of our sale process. Well done!
