Phil and his team are friendly, helpful and committed to getting you a sale, the marketing of property was fantastic, as was the way the viewings were conducted. GoogleA good experience from start to finish. Having originally purchased my property via Oakfield with good service I decided to use them when I sold it. They were responsive quickly and I was impressed with their level of communication. Nattasha kept me informed every step of the way and was very helpful sorting out some issues over my purchase - which was via another agent! All in all I can't find a reason to criticise their service and whilst estate agents generally get some bad press I would recommend Oakfield to prospective sellers or buyers.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCannot rate Oakfield highly enough, especially Nattasha who managed to deal with my sale superbly from start to finish even during such uncertain times during the Corona Virus pandemic. She was always available & kept me up-to-date with the goings on. Managing to get my ideal price for my house. GoogleOne of the most invasive experiences we have ever had as tenants, really intrusive and over the top back ground searches, 2 flat inspections in 6 months, really unfair fee’s at the beginning and end of lease, very frustrating that they are allowed to get away with this, do not rent with this this company.
