GoogleWe couldn’t have moved without Chloe and Jane’s help and the team at Nicol and Co. After a 3-year extensive search, we have finally found our home, and Chloe and the team had all the patience and determination to help us move in as quickly as possible, considering we had a 5-month-old baby at the time and needed more space. No question or worry was ever too much trouble, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with them.
All the best,
Diana and Alex

GoogleThe service we received from Nicol and Co has been nothing short of outstanding. We are purchasing one of their properties and although it's been a long and difficult journey (nothing to do with them) the communication and efforts, particulary from Chloe, is what made us get to where we are today ...the exchange of contracts. A massive thank you to Chloe we appreciate all the hard work you put in especially the last month.

GoogleA Five Star experience! Nicol and Co have been excellent from start to finish. I have been kept in the loop at all times and have not had to 'chase' my agents at all. They have kept me fully informed at every stage of the selling process and they have been extremely professional and helpful. I would especially like to thank Chloe for everything that she has done to facilitate my sale - she has been fabulous! I would also like to thank Mia who has also been involved towards the end of the transactions. I recommend Nicol and Co unreservedly.

GoogleI have nothing but good things to say about the team at Nicol & Co Droitwich but particularly Chloe. It took a long time to get to the end of the purchase of our house for various reasons, and Chloe never stopped keeping in touch throughout the whole process. She timeously informed us of developments, checked in often to see if we needed help with anything, was happy to chase up anyone who needed chasing, and made us feel at ease when things felt like it was just not progressing. Would certainly recommend the while team at Nicol&Co Droitwich and will certainly use their services again in the future.
