Amazing service from start to finish! The droitwich team are such lovely, friendly people and have been so helpful throughout our purchase, Chloe is an absolute credit to the team and always kept us informed throughout the purchase and was always there to answer any questions, Dan P was really kind and patient throughout the offer process, and we also viewed properties with both Jayne and Millie who were both so friendly and knowledgable! Thank you to all the team for such a smooth process buying our dream home!

I was looking for a house that just felt right, and the agents showing all the ones I viewed made a big difference I found in how I felt about the house. I saw the property I bought advertised on Rightmove with Nicol & Co, who I had dealt with before and arranged a viewing. Heather Turner showed me around and that was the deal done. She was so helpful and enthusiastic and knew the house and development it was on well, but she was also friendly and interested in what and why I was looking and patient when I wanted more viewings. Highly recommend Nicol's and also Heather, great to deal with.

Fantastic service from the start! The viewing process was amazing! Even extra help from Dan who made extra time in his day to squeeze us in for our second viewing because we loved the house so much! Special mention to Chloe who was amazing! It’s as if she shared our excitement for the purchase just as much as us! She kept us up-to-date every step of the way and was always extremely helpful and quick to answer our queries.

I recently purchased a house with Nicol and Co. A huge shout out to Kat (Senior sales progressor) who was amazing throughout. Kat kept me updated and went above and beyond to get me in my new home as soon as possible. Thank you! I also thought the ‘new home’ box that you get when you collect your keys was a lovely touch and is so well thought out.

We were guided extremely effectively through the sales process by both Molly and Alice. They answered all queries very quickly and we accepted an offer after 6 days of being on the market. Couldn't feel happier, and after the accepted offer they remained in touch, guiding us on the next steps in the sale process. Top notch! You'd be a fool to not use them

Update following the completion: We’ve had fantastic experience during our property buying journey, from the initial viewing to completion. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and the communication throughout was exceptional. Everyone told us at the beginning that we'd end up hating our solicitor, but Kat made sure we were well-informed, always kept us up to date, and managed to make us dislike him a little less! Alice, in particular, stood out for her enthusiasm and extraordinary helpfulness. Her dedication truly made a difference and she made sure that she was involved in any follow up viewings making the experience smooth and simply lovely. If we ever decide to sell, we will definitely be selling our house with Nicol & Co in the future. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and outstanding service.

Nicol & Co managed to sell my property SSTC within a week of it going on the market. The turn around from initial contact, Valuation, Pictures and getting it on Rightmove was very speedy also. 75% of those that viewed the property made an offer (There were a lot of viewings!) We managed to achieve above the asking price. Particular thanks to Alice who co-ordinated all of the feedback and offers from potential buyers and made the process easier when considering my options.

I was very pleased with the service Nicol &Co provided. There were several viewings and offers and the house sold for a little over the asking price. Chloe Faizey did a great job of liaising between the various parties. The team in general was professional and efficient.
