GoogleWe rented a house managed by Nicol and co and from the beginning there were many, many problems from a gas leak to 4 water leaks (showers + roof conservatory, oil tank leak, oil hose leak (in the kitchen!). This is the most important summary, but there was much more. However, the worse was Nicol and co supported the landlord in his behaviour of disrepair. We called the Whychavon council for help. The council forced them to repair all of the above and more, they even broke the deadline the council provided. Nicol and co and the landlord reacted very defensive and the communciation was very bad. We wrote Matt Nicol in the hope of improving the situation, but he reacted defensively too. Luckily, we could finally leave the property. We organised a professional cleaning by a widely recommended organisation but still struggle to get the deposit back. Honestly, we cannot recommend this estate agency for renting a house. It was a nightmare.
