GoogleDealing with Leanne and her team at Nicole and Co Estate Agent was truly amazing.The service was very professional and honest. Both parties buyer and vendors needs were fairly balanced making for the sale going forward, although there was a delay with the putchase of the flat (which I accept was not agent's mistake). They tried everything to resolve the issue and speed up the proceess. I would definitely recommend the friendly staff and the community atmostphere they have in Worcester and the local area.

GoogleFantastic service from Leanne at Worcester, after the Droitwich team sold my house. It really made the legal process hassle free. I had regular updates but no hassling (Leanne did that on my behalf) and it went to plan and as smoothly as it could. This is the bit that makes me glad I didn't go with an online agent. I am buying through one at the moment and it's nothing but trouble with incompetent agents who have no interest in working in any hurry! Nicole and Co were the complete opposite of this. Thank you!

Despite some tricky times with everything from solicitors to a rather over eager dog; the team have managed to get us through a stressful process without any major hiccups. GoogleHaving had a positive and efficient experience when buying my house through Nicol and co it was an easy decision to choose them when I decided to sell 2 years later. Leanne has not only been efficient and seen me to the end of a positive sale, but also been patient and kept me calm when needed along the way. Selling houses is not just doing the right paperwork, its being there alongside your client throughout the often unpredictable journey. Totally recommend both Leanne and Nicol and Co.

GoogleI have found the whole team at Nicole to be very professional. The marketing approach when compared to other agents is very thorough. Jo Black presented the initial sales pitch and she comes with a wealth of experience, coupled with sensitivity when selling a home. They understand the market and potential buyer profiles. They do their homework on the area and walk with you step by step throughout the process. Their fees are slightly higher than the other agents I interviewed but to be honest you get what you pay for and I m very happy with the service provided. Particularly Leanne Fletcher who kept me informed at every progress point. I recommend Nicole as being th leading estate agents in the Worcestershire area. Thank you for all of your support in selling my mothers bungalow.

GoogleThe house that we rented, on face value, looked amazing. However underlying issues that were not expressed made this house a nightmare to live in. Communication with them was terrible, and when we finally had the chance to chat they were often rude. Do not go with Nicol and Co

GoogleLeanne Fletcher was fantastic. My solicitor was extremely slow at getting back to me and Leanne continuously chased them up for me. She was really persistent and I don't think things would have been done as quick without her help. Other staff at nicol and co including Matt Bennett who dealt with our purchase were also very helpful, replying to emails and getting things done for us.
