Just bought our first home through Nicol and Co Worcester. The staff there have been great. Dominique did our first viewing and put our offer to the vendors. She was fantastic. Leanne managed the sales process and was equally fantastic, ensuring we were kept up to date throughout. Upon completion we also received a gorgeous hamper bursting with useful and thoughtful things to eat and clean with; we went straight to the property so this was invaluable (especially toilet roll and kitchen towel!). All in all a great service highly recommended.

Very professional throughout. Tom was on the case the whole time and secured us a buyer within 2 weeks of going on the market. He then proceeded to keep hold of them until they had sold their property. Our buyers commented that one of the reasons they bought our house was Tom!!!! Highly recommended.

Nichols (we dealt with Gemma) were very helpful in our search for a new-build in the Worcester area, and were good at keeping in touch with us and returning our calls.

Dan and the guys/girls at Nichol and Co were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were talked through the whole process with market examples and stats to back up what was said in a clear and informed manner. Always available to answer any of our queries and would not hesitate to use again!!!

My interest has been in a new development and since registering my interest I have been very impressed with the high level of customer service provided by Julie Griffiths and her colleagues. I'm resigned to having to do all the chasing nowadays whatever the issue. But from the initial enquiry which received a prompt response through to regular updates it has been a very positive experience. Not something I'm able to say very often!

Leanne has been amazing, sorted out all the issues posed by other parties and was always polite and patient. As a first time buyer she managed to make the experience alot less stressful that first imagined for me! Would Definately recommend. Also Jon (manager) i think was brilliant also! Great people to deal with!

Originally we did not register with Nichol and Co. but in desperation we finally registered with them. We were immediatley impressed with the patience and professionalism of Paul Spregg abley assisted by Lucy Burtoft and this led us to securing a property with them. We then discovered the whole team at Droitwich seemed to have the same mindset. During the transaction Paul was available at all times no matter how small our query and the sale was completed to out total satisfaction.

Sold our house recently with Nicol and Co. Viewings were arranged on the property before pictures even went online! We had to offers on and over the asking price within a few days. Sam was excellent from start to finish. We were regularly contacted with updates etc. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We have used other estate agents before but none of them came close to the service we have received from Nicol and Co! Overall we would recommend Sam and the team to anyone who wants a quick, well priced and stress free house sale.
