GoogleQuicklly found a buyer after lining up numerous vieweings. What amde a different though was the active chasing to completion done by Leanne. This is the first time I have experinced an estate agent who doesn't leave you on your own once they have found a buyer.

GoogleWe were thinking of going with purple bricks and saving ourselves the money. But so glad we didn't. They made it so much less stressful and were really helpful and supportive. The staff are down to earth and you feel like they trying their absolute best to help you. They are worth the extra money. Not only do they sell you house but they really help move things along. Without Leanne I think we may still be trying to move forward with everything. Big thankyou to the whole worcester team.

GoogleThe experience of buying a property has been very stressful due to some seriously poor practice by our lenders. However Leanne at Nicol and co. was superb throughout, always updating us and sorting any issues we had very swiftly. Nicol also recommended the Solicitors Thursfields where Odette Green and Tom Ruff were also absolutely excellent.

Leanne is an absolute credit to Nicoll. Her work ethic is outstanding. She kept in close contact with us all the way through the process, her communication skills including excellent response times, keeping everyone in the loop appraised of progress together with her ability and willingness were brilliant - she never let us down and we can’t thank her enough for all her help and support.

GoogleI purchased a property through Nicols and Co which right before we exchanged/completed several complex issues were bought to light. It was a very stressful and challenging time (a day before i was due to move in and had all my removal booked), however I can honestly say that Leanne and Dominique were extremely supportive throughout. They made sure they were fair to both parties, plus always making sure all the steps were clear. If I ever find myself in a position to sell, I will not think twice to approach them. I would also like to give my gratitude to Ben who showed me around many properties and assisted thereafter. Once again a massive thank you team!
