I had originally got a quote from Nicol & Co but decided to go with a fixed price online estate agency. My house was on the market for a number of months and after finally agreeing a sale significantly under the asking price, the deal fell through. I then got back in touch with Matt Bennett at Nicol & Co at the end of April '19. The house was on the market a week or so later, by the middle of May Matt and the team had arranged 10 plus viewings and by the end of the May I'd agreed a full asking price offer. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the team at Nicol & Co.

Nicol and Co were by far the most helpful estate agent we used and we used a lot! The team were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and information clearly and with great precision. Leanne Fletcher was incredible throughout the whole sale process which is an obviously stressful for time for most buyers and for us she made it calm and actually quite fun! Her communication skills were perfect and no question was too big or too small and she would always get back to us! We have been fortunate enough to have had previous experience of Nicol and Co Estate Agents when buying our house a couple of years back. We sold our house and bought a house in droitwich from nicol and co. Its always going to be stressful selling a house. Sam was always in contact with us in regards to how the progress was going between the solicitors and helped get everything pushed through. She really excels in taking the strain of moving away from yourself. We also bought through Nicol and co and you always picture an estate agent to be pushy but this is certainly not the case, they have really set the standards high. They let you look round the house with no pressure and give you as much information as they can. If they dont have it they will come back to you. Shaun was really helpful throughout and showed us round the house we finally bought! A great service all round

Sold our house recently with Nicol and Co. Viewings were arranged on the property before pictures even went online! We had to offers on and over the asking price within a few days.
