GoogleMy son is about to rent his first property which is exciting but also an anxious process when moving out of home for the first time. Yuri has been fantastic, answering the most random questions and helping my son to feel at ease throughout the whole process. I am happy to say my son with the help of Yuri will be moving out in July and now i can have my long awaiting dressing room! GoogleAbsolutely amazing estate agent, they did everything they possibly could to get our house through on time. Friendly and helpful staff and they keep you updated every step of the way! Particular shout out to Leanne who worked tirelessly to make the whole process work despite a really difficult chain. (She deserves a raise!)

GoogleWe’ve looked at several houses marketed by Nicol and Co and were very impressed when being shown around. Gemma in the Droitwich/ Worcester branch in particular has been fantastic to deal with. She knew everything about the properties we looked at and has been very pro-active with organising viewings and keeping in touch and really tries to understand your requirements fully, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe originally planned to have more than one quote, for the sale of our property. However, after an excellent presentation by Karen, Droitwich Spa office, we were so impressed, that we decided to instruct Nicol and Co. We have also had excellent service from all concerned, from the sales team, and now from Samantha, who is progressing the sale. We've bought and sold a few properties through the years, and we can honestly say, we have never been given such good service, as we have had from Nicol and Co, at the Droitwich branch. GoogleGreat service with a tricky purchase. Leanne was the cornerstone of the whole process, she went above and beyond chasing solicitors when communication slowed down, and kept all parties in the loop. 100% would recommend.

GoogleCannot speak too highly of Nicol and Co. The sale of my home has been dealt with consideration and professionalism. Everything was organised to suit me and my property was sold within a week. Couldn’t have wished for better service. Zoe has been completely supportive in every way. A really great Estate Agents, highly recommend.

GoogleAs a purchaser Robin was fantastic showing me round the property, was knowledgeable and welcoming. Gave me plenty of time to think and make such a big decision. If I was selling my house I would want Robin showing buyers round! Leanne was also really good in tracking the purchase and keeping me informed.

GoogleI am just about to complete on a purchase which Leanne Fletcher has handled superbly. It's been a tricky one, but Leanne has done everything possible to keep things running smoothly, and has delivered on every level. Leanne has been tirelessly proactive, calm and dedicated and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nichols for making a stressful time easier!

We have In particular received outstanding customer service from Coral who has without a doubt been a huge support to us throughout the process. Coral has always been happy to answer any queries and has responded promptly which has relieved stress from the process and in particular supported us with queries surrounding Help to Buy. In addition, Neil has played a key part in our experience and it was clear that from the outset Neil has a years of knowledge and expertise that I believe has also supported us and filled us with confidence that Nicol and Co was the right choice! I am a huge advocate of Nicol and Co and I would recommend them to use for your house purchase! Nicol and Co work for you and are a huge support network throughout the entire process!

GoogleHaving sold my Mother’s house recently through Nicol and Co’s Droitwich office I can highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and organised during every aspect of the sale. They regularly kept in contact and up- dated me. Importantly, they also responded rapidly to any questions I had and provided me with the answers. I particularly would like to mention Dan who was so proactive in finding a buyer for the house even before it had officially gone on the market , Robin who was so accurate and informed in her valuation and Evie who kept me notified of the progress every step of the way. This is the easiest house sale I have experienced and I would without doubt choose Nicol and Co again. They were excellent.

GoogleThis is a review and recommendation for Dan Sullivan, Sales Manager in the Droitwich office of Nicol and Co who I engaged to sell my Mother's house. Following a failed auction sale with a different estate agency, Dan was a complete Star in getting the sale through with a new buyer. He was always there to answer concerns, clarify queries and never let anything drift. He was very responsive and quick to respond to calls. When decisive calls needed to be made I had complete confidence in both his approach and that he would indeed do what he said he would do. Really, he did a great job and my sisters and I thank him very much.
