GoogleNicol & Co. are a real pleasure to deal with! In particular, Tom in the Sales team, who really listened and understood my requirements perfectly. Also, Leanne in Sale Progression was an absolute superstar in making sure everything went through smoothly to completion with regular updates and just always being on the other end of the phone ready to go above and beyond to help. I can't thank you guys enough!

The whole team were always proactive, and we had regular updates over the phone and via email about every step of the process. GoogleGreat experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. She kept me updated regularly and quickly ironed out any issues as they arose. In her absence she was covered by Odette who was equally efficient. Excellent job by them both - thank you!!! Was also greeted with a hamper on collecting my keys - a welcome surprise and a nice touch!! Would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom start to finish the Nicol & Co team have been excellent, caring & so professional. After initial contact with Scott and a valuation taking place, it took only 24 hours to get our property photographed & sold. Tom was also helpful & quick to organise viewings. A special thanks must go to Leanne Fletcher for her hard work following our sale & purchase through. Leanne continually informed us on progress, kept on top of solicitors & was always available for advice during difficulties that arose during the transaction. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

However, to improve the customer service I would have preferred not to chase feedback from viewings and to have received a short text message or something out of courtesy. GoogleWe have just finished purchasing a property that was being sold via Nicol & Co. The whole process was completed efficiently and, in particular, Sam Sturdy (Sales Progressor) was brilliant throughout. Sam was always available to answer any queries or do any chasing up as necessary, and always responded in a quick timeframe. We would definitely recommend Nicol & Co and that is mainly down to Sam's efforts and support.

GoogleOur selling experience with Nicol & Co exceeded our expectations. Karen provided a great balance of expertise, advice on pricing, and management of the whole process. Our sale was being done from a distance, so we relied on Karen and the team from start to completion. Especially appreciated was Karen’s calm, orderly approach, with a sufficient but not excessive amount of updates and phone calls to progress the sale. Thanks for making the whole thing trouble-free.

GoogleThis is a review and recommendation for Dan Sullivan, Sales Manager in the Droitwich office of Nicol and Co who I engaged to sell my Mother's house. Following a failed auction sale with a different estate agency, Dan was a complete Star in getting the sale through with a new buyer. He was always there to answer concerns, clarify queries and never let anything drift. He was very responsive and quick to respond to calls. When decisive calls needed to be made I had complete confidence in both his approach and that he would indeed do what he said he would do. Really, he did a great job and my sisters and I thank him very much.

GoogleI would highly recommend Nicol & Co to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Me and my partner have been so impressed with the way in which Alexandra Bennett has dealt with us. Alex listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure she did all that she could to find us the property of our dreams... to which she did! She's a credit to the Nicol & Co team. Every Friday Alex called to catch up on our requirements and if anything had changed, we discussed current properties on the market and potential up and coming properties. Alex was always happy to do viewings with us after 5pm and didn't rush us during viewings. If you are looking for an agent that keeps in contact with you, keeps you up to date, arranges viewings to fit around you, and only sends you details of properties that fully fit your requirements then Nicol and Co is the agent for you. We have been really impressed with the service, and the team as a whole have made what is meant to be one of the most stressful times in your life an absolute breeze! Thank you to you all.
