GoogleI recently bought a house in Worcester and having been through this process several times I am very used to dealing with Estate Agents and didn't have very high expectations. Wow was I wrong! Nicol & Co were thorough and professional throughout and their Senior Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher was an absolute joy to deal with. She was constantly in touch, with updates on how things were progressing, without being pushy, she liaised with all parties regularly, gently reminding and getting things done swiftly. The whole process was done and dusted in ten weeks which is amazing during covid times and current working practices (my last purchase took 6 months!) and that was in no small part because of Leanne's efficiency and tenaciousness. I would absolutely deal with Nicol & Co again and would recommend them without hesitation. In fact to prove a point, I am actually using them to rent the property I have just bought. GoogleSelling a house in the middle of a pandemic was probably not the best timing; my house went on the market a day or two after lockdown. Despite this, Robin worked tirelessly each day to organise many virtual viewings, resulting in a fairly quick sale above the asking price. What should’ve been a stressful experience really wasn’t. Following this, Evie dealt with the endless calls to solicitors and went above and beyond to get me the exchange and completion date I wanted so that I could move in the summer holidays. Leanne also deserves a mention - helping get over the final few hurdles to exchange contracts. I’m fairly certain I speak for both myself and the buyers when I say that they deserve a full 5 stars for being so professional and responsive at all times. Despite the challenges of COVID, they have been accessible each day and kept me in the loop with any developments swiftly. GoogleWe first became aware of Nicol's some time ago when we were looking for a property in Malvern. It was then that we met Erica. Though the first property was not quite right she kept a note of our requirements and from time to time telephoned us with details of houses that might be of interest. This led to our purchasing our new home in Malvern and the sale was agreed prior to its marketing. Thanks you very much Erica for the excellent service and help you have given us to find our ideal home. When the sale was agreed we came under the care of Leanne the Sales Progressor, who regularly monitored the progress of the sale, chasing up the solicitors etc and at the same time keeping us up to date. Throughout Leanne has been there to help and advise us.
