GoogleMy wife and I recently moved to Droitwich. The house we bought was being marketed by Nicol & Co, Droitwich. We were very impressed with them from our first viewing of the house, through to completion. The various people we dealt with were friendly yet professional and extremely helpful. I felt that at various times during the process, they went well beyond what might be expected. Our attempts to move to the West Midlands took some months and during that time we viewed a lot of properties. Nicol & Co were undoubtedly the best estate agents with whom we had contact. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in and around Droitwich. My wife and I probably have one more move left in us and we would fully expect to instruct Nicol & Co in the distant future!

GoogleFantastic customer service and support from Robin at valuation to Rachael at Sales progression. Helped me through each step. Happy to answer any question I had and made me feel a big part of the sale, providing information along the way to keep me upto date. Can’t recommend highly enough. This was only a house sale, however I did purchase the same house from Nicol & Co over 5 years ago.

GoogleA seller's experience - at all stages in the process the whole team were professional, and helpful. The valuation was competitive and the process to completion efficient. As a remote seller of a property (previously owned by a family member), they went out of their way to assist me to keep necessary visits back to the property to a minimum and were sensitive to the fact I was selling a home on behalf of someone else. Their support to sell process was excellent added value to the overall package that they offer. I would recommend them to other sellers in the area.

GoogleNicol and Co provided s superb service as we looked for houses in Droitwich. After one failed to come through, they kept working with us and we ended up moving into a great house. Rachael was fantastic - communicating with us all the time and helping to push everything through on the date we had agreed with the seller.

GoogleWe asked a number of agents over to look at our land that we wanted to sell. Including some we had been happy working with before. I hadn't met Luke before but I knew his name because he had been pro active in mailing me direct at the last development we had. What impressed me the most was that Luke is a specialist in land.....he understand the property market too but he gets developments better than any other agent ive met. He sold off market and gained us an above market value. Since then he has provided his invaluable expertise on other sites I own so when I come to sell I will be using Luke at Nicols for those too. Luke understands the importance of nurturing long term relationships for everyone's mutual gain. We appreciate all his time and efforts in the smooth selling of our land.

GoogleOur first contact was with Neil at our property in St John’s…… right from the start, we liked this man, he had our concerns straight away. A few aborted sales due to the property having issues, but each time the team were on it. We have now sold and have to say, what a wonderful group of staff. Especially Kat, she called us every Friday and updated us with everything that was going on. Wish we had chosen this Estate Agent from the very beginning. Thank you Nicol and Co - you are the best. GoogleNicol and Co have been absolutely fantastic on our buying and selling journey so far. They are very easy to get in contact with and are very responsive. The service we have received has been of a very high standard. We have felt like extremely valued clients throughout the whole process so far. When putting our house up for sale with them, their provisions were of a great standard and quality, which we are positive only added to the successful and swift sale. We are also purchasing through them, luckily, and are just so happy with everything and have so much confidence with every aspect. We could not have wished for a more dedicated, professional, warm and driven team to be able to work with during what can sometimes be a very stressful process. I am a mother to a 1 year old toddler, and Nicol and Co have been both understand and accommodating with regards to our capacity and timings. I am pleased to say that selling and buying, whilst raising a toddler, has been such an enjoyable process with Nicol and Co. The level of stress I could have experienced has been made less due to their supportiveness and understanding. I would highly recommend them for anyone in any situation!

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Nicol & Co, and particularly Yuri, in his client service and arranging our tenancy. Yuri really went above and beyond to source a rental property that matched our requirements, budget and desired area and kept me updated throughout the whole process. All this against the backdrop of a short notice relocation from Penzance to Worcester to begin work, during a pandemic and amongst a competitive rental market for tenants. It really took the burden out of what would have been a particularly stressful time! I highly recommend any tenants seeking property in and around the Worcester area to get in touch with Yuri and those at Nicol & Co. Thank you once again.
