GoogleGood estate agent, managed to get our deal over the line eventually, although slightly slower than our expectations. However, the staff are friendly and professional. Would use again and recommend.

GoogleOddly enough I did not buy my property through Nicol...this time. This being said I would have preferred to. I was surprised at the different way they do things, much better than most (all the other agents I met with). Over the next couple of years I will be selling up to 3 properties and will happily use Nicol as my preferred agent.

GoogleHands down, the best estate agent we have ever encountered. The journey from placing our house on the market to finding a new home was seamless. The team an Nicol and Co. Worcester kept us informed throughout the whole process and were always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. Estate agents take a lot of flack, but Nicol and Co are offering a level of service we've never experienced. You will have no regrets if you use them and the journey will be stress free. Thanks you!! from Team K-S

GoogleDealt with Alice, she was amazing all the way through the process. Very professional but personable at the same time. We were able to discuss any concerns we had and she totally understood where we were coming from. We needed a second viewing and this was arranged without an issue. Alice is also so enthusiastic in helping people find there perfect home we can't speak highly enough about her. She also represents what Nicols estate agents are about, the services they offer and tried to help at all stages.

GoogleWhen I first approached Nicol & Co to let out my property, they seemed really confident in how much money I could get for it a month (their estimate was so much more than I anticipated) and how quickly they'd find a tenant. I must admit I was sceptical but they were right - after hosting a live stream within the first week I had so many offers I had to whittle the list down to the ones I wanted vetted. Since the property has been let Grace has been fantastic. With the managed service they literally do everything which makes such a difference. I've let out a property before through another agency and it was a very different experience. I really cannot fault Nicol & Co and thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe purchased our property through Nicol & Co and had a brilliant experience with them. Despite having an incredibly challenging and stressful chain, Leanne worked tirelessly to keep in touch with all parties and ensure we finally completed this month. All the staff in the Worcester office have been pleasant from start to finish and the hamper we were given along with our new keys was a lovely touch.
