GoogleNicol & Co have made the whole buying process an absolute breeze, and (relatively!) stress free. Words cannot quite fathom just how fantastic they’ve been to me and my partner; from the very start of searching for our first home in Droitwich, right up until the offer stage, they have kept us in the loop with constant updates and reassurances, which I’d imagine is quite the rarity in your every day estate agents. Myself and my partner were first time buyers who knew very little about the whole process. Nicol & Co made sure that we were fully informed and understood every step before we proceeded with anything. Even prior to having our offer accepted on our dream property, they constantly kept in touch to see where we were at with our search, and with any new properties they had coming on the market. This pro-active approach and customer care eventually led to us finding the house in which we’ll be moving into at the end of the month, and for that we will be forever in their debt. If you’re searching for the right estate agents for you, be that on the buying, selling, or even just casually viewing side, I could not recommend Nicol & Co highly enough. Also a specific shout out to Coral and Niamh who were our main contacts - whilst I have no doubt everyone in the team is fantastic, these two were an absolute dream. The best.
Hi Jonny, wow, thank you for your 5* review and absolutely fantastic comments! The team will be overjoyed with such a high recommendation and thank you for specifically mentioning Coral and Niamh. We’re really pleased that as a first time buyer you were fully informed, understood each step, kept up to date proactively, reassured throughout the process and that you found your new home with us. All the best to you and your partner.

GoogleAlice and her colleagues are great to work with. Mine was a bit of a problem property, but Alice has worked really hard to market it successfully. I like that she always keeps me updated, and the whole team, from Kelly's initial valuation, Hope and Dan in the office, Jackie showing people round, are very friendly and approachable. GoogleWe have been dealing with Lizzie Oliver, Property Manager at Nicol & Co since the end of 2021. We have found her to be friendly, helpful and very professional in her work. At all times she has kept us informed of any information that we needed to know. During the two property inspections she was punctual and went through with us what she required to do, test alarms, take photos etc. Nicol & Co should be very pleased to have such a valuable member of staff and we look forward to dealing with Lizzie in the future. GoogleNicol & Co were very professional and always there to help with enquiries and support with our recent purchase of a property. Rachael, in particular, was approachable and always on hand to answer any questions promptly. Dan was also extremely helpful at the very beginning of the process. Their service did not just stop on completion - they have since helped us with questions we had about small things about the property.

GoogleExcellent from beginning-to-end with our purchase… and they weren’t even our agent! Nicol & Co were instrumental in getting our purchase over the line on the final day of the Stamp Duty Relief window in June last year. Communication was great throughout the process, and they put in some outstanding effort to keep the chain moving. We even received a wonderful moving-in hamper from them when we collected our keys. They genuinely put our own agent to shame, and I can certainly see why they consistently have the lion’s share of property on the market in Droitwich. Highly recommended.
Hi Joe, thank you for your 5* review and your fantastic comments. The whole team will be pleased to hear your purchase went smoothly, that you were communicated to throughout and your high recommendation. Should you need anything in the future, we would be more than happy to help out!
