GoogleAs I hadn’t bought or sold a house in over 30 years, I knew I needed extra support and therefore went with Nicol & Co even though it was slightly more expensive. By and large they were very supportive and Kat Grealy from Worcester branch was particularly outstanding especially finalising the details at the end and pushing everything across the line.

GoogleJust wanted to say a massive thank you to Nicol & Co for the sale of our property. The service we received throughout was impeccable and we shall be using them again... when the next time comes! A special shout out to Hannah, who was on hand every step of the way after agreeing the sale. We were in quite a long chain, with probate issues on the house we were purchasing and Hannah kept everyone updated throughout the 6 month process, chasing up and down the chain, which is something we've never experienced when selling before. Thank you again and we shall be in contact when the next time comes, Steph.

GoogleKat at Nicol & Co is an absolute star ! She really does deserves a medal for helping us with the most long winded sale and purchase of our properties. We’ve had twist and turns the whole way and it really did go right to the wire… but, at the very last minute everything went through and we’ve now finally completed! We want to send a massive thank you to the Nicol & Co team but especially to Kat who really did perform miracles and we’re really grateful for all their hard work! GoogleOddly enough I did not buy my property through Nicol...this time. This being said I would have preferred to. I was surprised at the different way they do things, much better than most (all the other agents I met with). Over the next couple of years I will be selling up to 3 properties and will happily use Nicol as my preferred agent.

GoogleFantastic customer service and support from Robin at valuation to Rachael at Sales progression. Helped me through each step. Happy to answer any question I had and made me feel a big part of the sale, providing information along the way to keep me upto date. Can’t recommend highly enough. This was only a house sale, however I did purchase the same house from Nicol & Co over 5 years ago.

GoogleFrom the initial visit from Neil to value to the property, to the speed of getting it on the market and quick sale, the communication via Kat was excellent. She explained everything clearly and even helped with our onwards purchase with a different estate agents, as well as dealing with solicitors extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend Nicol and Co to sell your house with.

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with another estate agent when trying to sell my house I cannot recommend Nicol & Co enough. They walk you through every element of the process, making sure you're kept aware of what's going on every step of the way. What I particularly liked was the after sale support - the "sale progressor" role - my previous experience across the years has been that once a sale has been secured you're pretty much left to keep pushing the solicitors along yourself, ringing backwards and forwards between solicitors / estate agents who in turn get onto the buyers who in turn get onto their solicitors. Nicol & Co do all this proactively for you. Kat Grealy was exemplary in this role for us. Cannot recommend enough.
