GoogleBooked a viewing for a property and dealt with Alice over the telephone. She was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. She followed up with early phone calls to keep me updated every step, even if there was nothing new to tell me.
Jackie showed me around the property, again she was very friendly and knowledgable about the property and answered any questions honestly. She was punctual and didn’t rush the viewing. All in all a smooth and professional service at what could have been a stressful situation.

GoogleFantastic service from the start with Kelly. Made us feel at ease with the process and answered all questions and kept us in the loop with every step. Within 24 hours of the property going live, we had 3 viewings booked. Within 1 hour of the first viewing we had an amazing offer! Alice supported us further through the sale and offered sound advice and gave us confidence. Of 4 viewings, we had 3 offers. We accepted the very first offer, but both Kelly and Alice ensured we were looked after and got the best we could have dreamed of. It's just the start but we couldn't have asked for a simpler and easier process so far!
