GoogleNicol and CO have again been excellent with our recent purchase. The communication and speed of response has been greatly appreciated. Whilst viewing the property our sales consultant Alice Bennett was able to answer all of our questions and had both the vendor's and the buyer's best interest at heart.

GoogleI have been looking for a flat in the Droitwich/Worcester Area for some time. Although my budget was very tight that did not put Mia Fletcher off trying over several months. From time to time she called and asked if I was still looking. She retained my on her books and never lost interest in trying for me. She would call and ask how I was, have a minute or two for a conversation and was always a ray of sunshine. She was polite and professional at all times and is a credit to Nical and Co and a real ambassador for them. Jim Cooper

GoogleSuperb service (again)! After making the decision to put my house on the market, I knew I wanted to go with the agents who sold me my house originally. The whole process has been nothing but excellent. From the initial meeting, putting the listing together, to finding a buyer and communication thought out on any detail has been responded to promptly.

GoogleFantastic experience, we not only sold a property via the Droitwich branch but also bought via the Worcester branch. The whole process was very well done start to finish. The star of the show however was Hannah Sheppard after our offer was accepted she constantly kept us updated on the progress. As well as providing us with useful information and advice.

GoogleRobin sold my house in Droitwich. It was an easy and quick experience. They managed to get the sale through right before Christmas with was great! I originally brought my house using Nicol and co and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleThe Droitwich team of Nicol and co are incredible! At every step of my sale I was working with a wonderful team who were on hand to answer any and all of my questions and queries. They were helpful, supportive and understanding. Not once did I feel like I was bothering them or I didn’t know why was going on. Even in the most stressful times they kept a cool head and we’re in constant contact with me - couldn’t recommend them highly enough ☺️

GoogleI didn't sell with Nicol & co (sadly), but this agent called us & emailed us with properties that may have suited. There was no pressure sales just nice people who just wanted to help. They were really pleased when we found a property. I would really recommend this estate agent. No fluff, just honest down to earth help with a smile. Thank you

GoogleAs a first time buyer, the Nicol and Co team (Droitwich) have gone out of there way to make my transition to my new home as easily understandable and accommodated as possible. They supported me throughout the process from chasing emails to solicitors, to making the process progress, whilst also advising me along the way. The Team have had fantastic communication getting back to me almost immediately and giving me regular updates as to the progression of the move. To top it off they gave me a lovely moving in hamper supplied with cleaning products, home magazines and vouchers to help buy my first appliances. I would highly recommend Nicol and Co to any first time buyer or home mover as they make what can be a very stressful process feel like it's in safe hands and clearly explain what's going on behind the scenes.

GoogleThe level of service and results from both the commercial and residential teams at Droitwich has been outstanding. Ours wasn't an easy sale as it was part commercial, part residential, with 2 buyers and an onward purchase. From the point of sale agreed, the service, particularly from Jasmine, was superb - without her management of all parties, determination and drive, this would not have happened! I would 100% recommend Nicol and Co and will not consider any other companies in the future. Thanks everyone, we are all so grateful that you helped us get our forever home!!
