GoogleNicol & Co have been wonderful to work with so far on the purchase of our first house. Starting from the different viewings we had with Kelvin, we were impressed. They are very knowledgeable on the area, property, and will assist wherever they can. During the process of making our offer Dan was very quick to update and advise and once our offer was accepted they were super fast with processing paperwork. They give weekly updates on the status of the sale, even if there is not much to report on, which is always reassuring. Would highly recommended buying through Nicol & Co.!!

GoogleI cannot recommend Nicol & Co enough. The entire team has been extremely helpful when we have bought and sold our house through them. Everyone treated us with the utmost respect, professionalism and thoughtfulness and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and ‘headache-free’ as possible.
Alice has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, friendliness and warmth are qualities that are definitely worth mentioning and took away so much of the stress of the process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.
Thank you so much to Matt and the entire Nicol & Co team. You guys are amazing!

GoogleI am absolutely delighted with the service Nicol and Co provided when selling my house. From the initial valuations, the marketing of the property and through managing offers, they offered considered and reliable advice which allowed me to make decisions with confidence. I was kept informed of progress along the whole chain on a regular basis and nothing was too much trouble.
Although everyone I had contact with was polite and concerned to offer the best service, I had most dealings with Kat, whose positive and caring approach meant I felt confident the sale would be successful. I really appreciate her willingness to liaise with solicitors, other estate agents and all parties concerned without hesitation and to report back swiftly and clearly. I felt I could approach her readily with any queries, no matter how small.
Thank you for your hard work on my behalf; I would strongly recommend Nicol and Co!

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the way Nicol & Co in Droitwich have handled our Son’s recent house purchase. Their professionalism has been of the highest order and their customer service second to none. A special thank you to Hannah and Jasmine for guiding us through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always available to answer any questions. Their regular updates were invaluable and they were constantly chasing up the solicitors. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly, charming and courteous and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them both.

GoogleI’m registered with a number of estate agents to buy another property. Nicol & Co are by far the standout agent on every level. Quality of staff and quality of all their proactive communication is really impressive.
The only issue I have is that they don’t cover the area where we are selling as my own estate agent has been absolutely silent/absent / useless! If you’re looking at selling and they’re in your area, then you won’t find a better agent! Highly recommend

GoogleHaving used nicol & Co in the past they were always our first choice when selling our current house. As expected they were excellent! From start to finish all their teams were efficient, proactive and very professional yet friendly. They are extremely organised and the phone was always answered and calls returned promptly. GoogleOur experience has been very positive through the whole process from valuation to completion. There has been regular communication and updates as the sale progressed. The sales progression process was passed from the Droitwich to the Malvern office seamlessly. We are very grateful for Hannah’s persistence and support without which we may have not got to completion. A very professional team and one I would certainly recommend.

GoogleReally good service from their Worcester office, a special mention of Alice and Kat who have been very communicative. The one area in which there could be improvement is in conducting viewings, the property was unoccupied so more care needs to be made to ensure all doors are locked after viewing.

GoogleI have been looking for a flat in the Droitwich/Worcester Area for some time. Although my budget was very tight that did not put Mia Fletcher off trying over several months. From time to time she called and asked if I was still looking. She retained my on her books and never lost interest in trying for me. She would call and ask how I was, have a minute or two for a conversation and was always a ray of sunshine. She was polite and professional at all times and is a credit to Nical and Co and a real ambassador for them. Jim Cooper
