GoogleFrom start to finish the service has been first class. Kelly was so efficient coordinating the initial valuation around us being away from the property. Once on the market Alice and Dan provided an exemplary performance keeping us up to speed with up and coming viewings and regular feedback following the viewings. The entire journey has been exceptionally professional with consideration always taken for our individual needs. We highly recommend the service Nicol & co provide.

GoogleNicol and Co are the more efficient, professional and knowledgeable Estate Agents I have had the pleasure of working with. I have used Nicol and Co Worcester for a house sale, purchase, and multiple property rentals and they have never disappointed. The teams are friendly and proactive, they have excellent current understanding of all elements of the property market and they give honest and comprehensive guidance and advice. I would not use any other agency and would happily recommend Nicol and Co to anyone. They really do deserve 5*s

GoogleI have to say that the professional advice and service we've received from Nicol and Co has been first class. In comparison to other agents, they're quick to respond, always return you calls and provide excellent professional advice on both buying and selling. Thier market insight is very accurate and have always given us honest advice. I need to make a special mention for Alice, Molly, Dan, Kat and Hope as on occassion, I seem to speak to them daily! I'm sorry for being such a pain, you've all been wonderful and I'm grateful for all the professional help and support you've given us to sell and buy.

GoogleThank you to Nicol and Co for selling our apartment. Completion was today. As always with any sale/purchase there's hiccups along the way but the team smoothed everything for us and took the pressure off us at every turn. Every contact we have had with anyone in the team has been incredibly professional combined with a down to earth friendliness - the perfect combination. They are both proactive and reactive whichever the situation required. A special thanks to Kat their sales progressor who moved everything along for us, kept us updated and above all kept us sane :)

GoogleWith huge thanks to Hannah and Erica for making the sale of my parents’ bungalow as painless as possible. Erica was sensitive to the circumstances and had the property marketed and sold in next to no time. Hannah picked up the reins and guided me through the sale. When the first sale fell through Erica wasted no time and the property was sold again within hours. Hannah once again guided me through the process, this time to exchange and completion. Hannah did everything for me. I didn’t need to worry about contacting solicitors to chivvy them along, Hannah did this and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. Both Hannah and Erica were totally professional, friendly, took an interest and cared. I am sure Nicol & Co are changing the face of estate agency. I highly recommend them if you want an agent who will look out for you and your interests. Thank you.

We have had brilliant, prompt and effective service from all those with whom we have interacted, particularly Kelly, who started us on the journey of selling our house, Alice and Molly who have supported at every turn, plus others in the office, and Jackie, who led the viewings. The house is now under offer, just 8 days after going public. It has been a very smooth experience to date.

GoogleAlthough the purchasing process of our first home was long and delayed by the vendor's solicitors, Kat was constantly there supporting us, keeping us updated, and chasing all the parties involved. It was very easy to contact her. She always replied to our questions and queries very quickly. On several ocassions, we also dealt with Kat's colleagues who were equally helpful. Would recommend Nicol & Co as a very professional estate agency.

GoogleUnsure where to start and who to mention in this review, as the whole experience has been incredible. The whole Worcester team have been exceptional, from Molly contacting us frequently to gain us as clients, to Kelly coming out and valuing our property, then Alice providing a live stream on our home and working with Dan to inform us on our viewings and buyers who have placed an offer. The whole process so far has been seamless and I could not recommend them anymore. If you are thinking of selling your home, contact Nicol & Co - you will not be let down.

GoogleNicol and Co have been amazing so far in the sale of my property. The Worcester team have worked exceptionally hard to get me a price beyond my expectations. Kelly gave me great advice on price and marketing and I could not have been happier with the photos, virtual tour and brochure created. Alice, Molly, Hope and Dan stayed in contact throughout the viewings and negotiations - leaving me with four offers on the table in less than a week from entering the market! Jackie, who conducted the majority of the viewings, had clearly studied the details I had given about the property and left nothing out when showing people around. Kat was in contact with me within days of accepting an offer, giving me updates on how the sale was progressing. The whole team has and continues to work tirelessly to ensure everything goes smoothly. The added bonus of having Simon to help with the conveyancing paper work has speeded up the process and put my mind at rest that everything is in hand. It really has been taken the stress out of what can be a daunting process. I can't thank them enough for their continued hard work.

Not only has she been professional and efficient in all of our dealings, but she is genuinely a very warm, caring and friendly person too. She has always taken the time to provide me with regular updates, guide me through the process and give me some much needed help and advice at times when things were getting a little stressful with the sale of my property (even though this was through a different agent!). GoogleI was fortunate enough to have Alice Bennett assigned for the number of different houses I have viewed as I am looking to purchase. If you have any reservations about Estate Agents she dispels them all. She understood exactly what I was looking for, kept me updated on available properties that fitted the bill . On the viewings I had with her she was honest, understanding and knowledgeable about the property.. I have now found the place I want thanks to her input. If all at Nichol and Co are like Alice they deserve every star I award them. Brilliant

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of the team ! from valuation through to sales. We were having problems with our original agents and swapped to Nicole & Co, The house had been on the market for 3 months and reduced once prior. Within 5 days we had an offer on the property and accepted. Alice, who was doing the showing at the house was super friendly, understanding of our situation and obviously made a great impression. We couldn't have asked for any more from the team and are really happy with the outcome!

GoogleThe staff at Nicol & Co Worcester are excellent. My daughter bought a house via them last year and was very impressed with them so I was really pleased to see that they were the agents for a property that we were interested in. The customer service that we received was fantastic and didn’t disappoint. Alice was so proactive sending property profile alerts and arranging viewings. She was very engaging and friendly and kept us fully informed at all stages. Once the sale was agreed on the property, Kat took over. We received regular progress reports from her and she chased up any outstanding actions promptly. She always got back to us regarding any queries that we raised. Thanks to the excellent customer service from Nicol & Co our experience has been very positive and much less stressful than it could have been. The icing on the cake was walking in to our new home and finding a lovely welcome to your new home card which was personalised and signed by all the team along with a very well thought out complimentary hamper. Cant recommend Nicol & Co highly enough and want to say a big thank you to them. Well done.

GoogleI instantly recommend them. Nicol and co are so organised and professional, they were the most reliable and hassle free part of moving house. Their team were always at the end of the phone, they frequently updated us on new events and actively helped progress the sale. We found every member of the team to be friendly and approachable while working efficiently and busily. You may pay a little more for their services yet they are worth every penny.
