Initially found their customer service brilliant when I enquired about a house, but after being informed that this house was no longer an option, I explained that we are looking to buy and gave them the details of what we were looking for. We have heard nothing since.
Have seen a couple of houses come on to the market listed with Nicol & Co that could be suitable - including the initial house we were interested at a reduced price - but still have had no contact.

GoogleI bought a home sold by Nicol and Co in 2010 and I have just sold that same home now in 2023, buying another through Nicol and Co Droitwich office also. In those thirteen years the company has grown quite significantly! However, you the client still receives the same excellent personal level of service as before. Thanks to Niamh, Robin, Chloe, Hannah, Mia and the rest of the team for all their work making it happen when two different buyers dropped out of the chain and it looked like it might all collapse. gladly recommend Nicol and Co to anyone.
