GoogleNicol&Co at Droitwich is a very professional and efficient establishment. The staff are friendly and polite,in particular Chloe Faizey who we dealt with throughout the purchase of our house. She was extremely pleasant and with her patience and knowledge helped to reduce much of the anxiety and stress of a pair of OAPS who had no dealing with the property market for decades.Chloe was good at liasing with us, our vendors and our solicitor and always quick to respond to our many queries and requests. We were kept updated and given sound advice throughout the whole protracted and stressful process(no fault of Nicol& Co). Thank you Chloe. We highly recommend Nicol& Co.

This is my fourth transaction using Nicol and Co in Droitwich and i would always use them in future.

GoogleHuge thank you to the people at Nicol & Co. After reading the other reviews, I decided to use them to sell my bungalow and couldn't have made a better decision. The sale was hassle free from start to finish. Robin came round and valued the property and suggested coming back another day to take the pictures on a sunnier day. The property was advertised on the Wednesday and sold by Friday and with the help of Neil we got more than the advertised price! They sorted everything for me and even arranged a meeting with an advisor who helped me sort out the necessary paperwork needed before the sale to avoid any delays, which was a great help. Chloes' weekly update calls were brilliant, she liaised with everyone so that I didn't have to which ultimately made the transaction smooth and hassle free.Thank you all.
Trust them, they are good at what they do.

GoogleI cannot recommend Nicol and Co (Droitwich) highly enough. Moving is one of life’s most stressful experiences but they ensured all dealings with their office made the process that little bit easier. My main interactions were with Niamh, Mia and Chloe - their manner was always sunny, polite and helpful. They made me feel like my questions were the most important at that time. When responses were requested they were prompt and complete. The completion process was also very smooth and we were kept fully informed by them at every stage. And the final excellent customer service was the amazing “Welcome to your new home” box that we were given when we picked up the keys! Thank you to the whole Droitwich team for helping us make the move to our dream home a reality.
