James Morton is the best agent

We recently sold our flat in Leamington Spa thanks to James Morton. He is professional, experienced in the market and took time to truly understand the value of our property. The result was he secured 3 offers in the first week! The previous estate agents had the property for a year with only a few viewings and no offers. we couldn't be happier with James! We Exchanged contracts with a high offer and all went smoothly. We wish we could just work with James to buy another property no matter who the agent of sale. He's the best!

Avoid. Horrible company to deal with. Had several issues at the property and been reported few times - but never sorted. On leaving property - got charged nearly nearly £100 for cleaning services (property was left spotless) and another nearly £100 for moving out. Then they wouldn't give reference to another company unless you pay them. Never again. Avoid.

Harry Richards sold our probate home within a month, we had the house with another before for 11 months! And took a chance with Newman's. How glad are we that we did. …

Awful letting agents who act in bad faith upon property exit, charging for propety issues that were evident on moving in. Avoid.

These estate agents deal in bad faith . They do not seem to understand the concept of business ethics. If you make an offer and accept be vary wary as there is a high chance that they will change the terms of the offer as they did with me . Do not be honest with these people as they take advantage of it and "milk" you.

Extremely poor experience. Newmans kept chasing after myself and my mother to advertise our house with them - once we went with them, they lowered the house price on the market (to get easy sales) without telling us - when we got in touch to ask why they did this without our consent, they said its their way or the highway! They also made us pay for a 1 day auction promising they had various people interesting in making offers - we paid for it and they hadn't organised anyone to turn up! Also, the manager of this brand is constantly changing which makes continuity difficult! Not a good experience - not sure who Jenny persons is(Mentioned in other reviews), but she certainly doesn't reflect the standard way of dealing in Newmans - have found most of the sales guys here to be full of hot air, riding on a reputation which they no longer live up to - far from it!

My wife and I have recently gone through the unpleasant experience of buying a property in Leamington Spa. With both of us working full time, and also on a Saturday morning, we were dismayed to find that nearly all of the estate agents in Leamington (and Warwick) closed at the very time that we were available to talk to them, particularly as we have a 120 mile round trip to get to Leamington. As ‘cash’ buyers with no chain we were horrified to find that this was the rule rather than the exception. How pleased we were when we found, by chance, that Newmans in Leamington actually opened on a Saturday afternoon and appeared to want to help us. We identified a number of properties that we would like to view as well as several others with other estate agents. Again we were very disappointed that 1. They were not prepared to do viewings outside of their ‘convenient’ (sic) hours 2. Were totally disinterested in the fact that we had no chain and were basically cash buyers 3. When we asked how could people in full-time employment buy a property when as soon we were available to see any the Estate Agents quickly shut up shop the only answer we got was ‘Why not take holiday to come across....’ We had the experience of Tom in the Leamington office of Newmans. He was the complete opposite of this! Not only did he work on a Saturday afternoon but it appeared to us that all he wanted to do was help us rather than hinder us in our search. I can honestly say that he was the only person from any estate agent ( we had no dealings with other people at Newmans...) there that we dealt with who actually understood that it was about selling properties to customers, and how to go about it! Having decided to buy a property through Newmans, not a difficult decision when the other properties we were interested in had no estate agent interested enough to put themselves out for us for extra viewings etc., Tom then had the audacity to actually keep us meaningfully informed of progress, expedited some important matters on our behalf and ensured that the whole process was relatively stress free and pleasant. Our thanks on to Tom in the Leamington office for his help, support and work in our purchase. It’s a credit to Newmans as well, as amongst some appalling estate agents in the area, your Leamington office seems to actually have their customers in mind when they try and sell properties.

This lot love selling houses. They seriously love it. Work harder than any other agent we've used - buying or selling. Can't recommend enough.
