GoogleWas a tenant for more than two years with prompt rent and the place was returned in better condition than i moved in. Newmans tried to abstract some of my deposit due to a water stain which was caused by a leak. This was disappointing as apart from that I was happy with them (even though the place i rented was meant to have parking when in actual fact it didn't.) Thanks to the deposit scheme my monies was returned minus more charges/fee's from newmans. Play it fair newmans and its a 5 star.

GoogleMe and my partner went through newmans to rent a property, they were not helpful we had to call them all the time to see how our application was going, a woman who worked there was rude to me over the phone all because I called as we never got informed about anything. Happy to say we did not continue with newmans and even the landlord we were going to rent from has ended using them as they Didn't even bother telling her we were no longer going through with the move (she found out 3weeks later as she contacted us) DO NOT GO TO NEWMANS Moving by itself is stressy and looking for a place to rent/buy is too but the estate agents are the ones that are meant to help you through it...Newmans will not.

GoogleWOW What can I say Bredan was true to his word from the start left his appraisal which was not the highest but promised he would not pester us where as the other three agents constantly on the phone gave brendon the go ahead and.sold 7 hours after putting on the market what a brilliant service such a good experience thank you

GoogleBrendan was great throughout the whole process , someone who I felt I could trust to give me the right advice , and as someone who had never had experience of buying or selling before ,I looked to him to stear me in the right direction , Newman's represented me in both sale and purchase and did an excellent job, they have a very good reputation and rightly so , well done and many thanks... GoogleBrendan has been honest, efficient, and supportive throughout. Quickly viewed and appraised the property. Others didn't act so efficiently, so once we got the evaluation we went with Newman's. We got an offer of the asking price within a couple of days. That sale fell through but Brendan and team were on the case and another buyer found within a week and now we've sold. From beginning to end, 2.5 months and only because we were abroad, so paperwork was a little delayed. I would use and recommend Newman's any day. Thank you.

GoogleI received a letter from Newman sales and lettings today that had had no postage paid. I had to go to the post office to go an pay for the postage myself. I've had no dealing with this company other than this so effectively i just paid for my own junk mail.

GoogleVery unprofessional service. Preparing to move, we gave them a key of the house as they complained they were loosing clients because of us (we have a normal work schedule so when they were asking us to be at home at 10.00am or 2.00pm during week days to let people in we would say no - because we were at work). We asked only to be informed when they had visits scheduled so we could prepare the rooms. Not once did they do that and more than that, we had to change the lock upon leaving as an agent broke a key in the lock trying to enter and blocked the front door (we had to use the back door for entering the house). Of course they denied doing anything wrong...
