She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to buy again she will be our first choice in estate agents. The service we received from Deborah was exceptional! GoogleWOW What can I say Bredan was true to his word from the start left his appraisal which was not the highest but promised he would not pester us where as the other three agents constantly on the phone gave brendon the go ahead and.sold 7 hours after putting on the market what a brilliant service such a good experience thank you

GoogleDo not buy any property through Newman's as they have no ethics. I was due to buy a property in January through them and was suppose to sign the contract. They came back and said that they received a better price and the deal is off. I was forced to pay higher price to secure the property. Sold subject to contract means nothing to them. They are a bunch of immoral people sitting at the leamington office.

Hi Rosy, Unfortunately it is not the decision of the estate agent as to which offer the owner of a property decides to accept. The estate agent is acting on bahlf of the owner of the property, as it is them who pays the estate agent's fee, so whatever the owner decides to do we as their agent must comply. Sold subject to contract means exactly that, it is sold subject to a contract being completed, if that contract is not completed then the property has not been sold. Unfortunately this is the way that property sales work in England, and to claim the agent is immoral and have no ethics for following the clients instructions is not fair of you. P.S. You left this review on the Rugby office reviews page, but we think you may have intended to leave it on the Leamington Spa office reviews page.
