GoogleVery pleased with Neilsons, they have made the process of selling our flat quite a smooth one and they're always available when you need them. They have a well oiled machine and you feel in good hands with them. Their photography service is superb, and they give you lots of advice, I think it makes a big difference. Special thanks to Kirsten Olverman, she helped us make a tough choice at a very stressful time, but her experience gave us the confidence that it was the right choice, and we're happy with the end result! The rest of the team has been fantastic too (special mention to Diane Yates in conveyancing, we'll leave a separate review at a later time for that part of the process 😊). We sold our flat in under 14 days (12 to be precise) and they were right with their pricing predictions. We had considered other estate agents that were "cheaper" or claimed to sell more properties than anyone else, but our gut told us to go with Neilsons and we don't regret our final choice. Totally recommend them!
