Without Niamh and the team at Naylor Powell I would not now be sitting in my dream house. GoogleThe ladies at Naylor Powell really were fantastic. Olivia was extremely professional and answered all of our queries without hesitation. She was by far the best agent we had engaged with throughout our house purchase. We will definitely use Naylor Powell next time because of her service. Once we agreed to purchase the house the transaction was handed over to Niamh. Niamh was equally very professional and was very good at communicating. The only area we felt could have been improved was we felt very pressured to exchange only one week before we were completing but believe this was likely down to our seller rather than the agent. Thanks again for everything and we are very happy in our new home!

GoogleI thought the service from Jasmine was brilliant whilst showing us round the properties we had viewings on. The viewings were followed up promptly the day after with a call to discuss our thoughts on each one and the next steps. It was all made very clear and helped us a lot given buying a house was a whole new environment for us.

GoogleThroughout the process of purchasing a property the team at Naylor Powell Gloucester were excellent. Olivia was helpful and knowledgeable when I first viewed the property, Niamh kept me well informed with detailed updates and both her and Laurie went above and beyond to aid communication and keep things progressing during the conveyancing process. Would highly recommend them and they will be my first point of contact should I decide to sell or let the property.
